Safeguarding Your Money
As a regulated entity and a strong proponent of transparency, we take all necessary measures to keep client funds secure, which are fully segregated from the company’s own funds through the following arrangements:
Segregation of Funds
All client funds deposited with us are kept in a client segregated trust account with Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, which ensures that funds belonging to clients cannot be used for any other purpose.
Investor Protection
The funds are managed and operated in accordance with the provisions governing Type 3 regulated activity, i.e. leveraged foreign exchange trading, under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
